Value the marginal
The interface between spaces is where the most interesting events take place. These are often the most valuable, diverse and productive elements in the system.

Light goes in and out letting the external and the internal to communicate and contaminate.
Textures, color temperatures, dimensions… doors let the eye connect different spaces between them.
The intimicy of the room expands. The space is no longer pure and determined but in a way it becomes broken and fluid.
Major transformations occur at gates, thresholds, crossroads and other liminal places, because liminality can pave the way for access to different knowledge or understanding of the other. Liminality is alluring, sacred and dangerous.
